Frequently Asked Questions.

Do you provide food?

  • We provide water and sparking juice. PicNest has partnered with On R Board to offer you Gourmet Charcuterie Boards as add-ons to your picnic.

  • We will handle all coordination with our vendors from ordering to pick up!

  • We ask that you let us know about any known food allergies, restrictions or special diets. (Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-free etc).

Do you provide Alcohol?

  • At this time we do not offer alcoholic beverages. If you choose to drink alcohol at your picnic, PicNest is not responsible for the actions or potential consequences of our guests.

  • If you choose to bring your own alcohol, please drink responsibly. Be aware of and do not break park rules (ex. If alcohol is prohibited), Thank you for understanding!

What if there is Inclement weather?

  • If the weather interferes with your picnic, we will reschedule for the earliest date that works for you and us. If we have an indoor space available, we are happy to provide an indoor picnic!

Cancellations and rescheduling?

  • For cancellations and rescheduling not due to weather, we ask that you give us a 5-7 day notice so we can do our best to work with you to reschedule!

  • We do not offer refunds of any sort due to cancellation of guest. You will be able to reschedule your date if given a 5 day notice of reschedule needs.

What happens the day of the Picnic?

  • We will text you with a reminder of your picnic and give you directions to where we are setting up!

  • You arrive and and enjoy your picnic! We will return and do all the cleaning up!

  • We ask that you please notify us if you are ending your picnic early and 20 minutes before the end of your picnic (if you are staying the full picnic time) to ensure we will be there to clean up.

What if I’m late?

  • If you are late and miss out on some time, you can text us and request additional time be added to your picnic. Which will be an additional $25 per 30 minutes. This is due at the time of the request!

How to book?

  • Read though our packages and Add-ons and then fill out our contact form and we will respond within 72 hours!

  • A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking and a payment plan can be set up if needed. The entire Picnic cost is due 1 month prior to the PicNest- all payments are non-refundable.

How far in advance should I place a booking request?

  • We suggest placing your request 2 weeks in advance for weekend events, and one week in advanced for a weekday evening events.

  • For special events and Holidays we recommend you book at least 1 month in advance.

  • We do accept bookings with less notice, however please note that your preferred day and time may not be available.
